Shipping & Delivery
AgniVayu ships worldwide.
Because all of our garments are made to order, the shipping time of the garments may take up to 10 business days, from the time the order has been accepted, till the time the garments go through the production process and are tailored and ready for delivery.
Delivery time can vary depending on the destination, from 2-3 working days for neighboring countries and up to 20 days for countries with long distances. Estimated delivery time will be calculated at the time of purchase.
Recipients of international shipments are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, and other levies.
AgniVayu has no control over these charges. We are not able to give you any information about the cost that would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please check the local laws and regulations regarding imports before buying.
*In case the shipment hasn’t been successfully delivered to the address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, such as phone number, address, etc. or if the buyer for some reason decided not to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned at the expense of the buyer. We will keep shipping costs both ways from the total amount of the order that we have to refund once we receive the return.
* Please note that in case of a return, the buyer is covering the shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return & Refund
Cancellation Policy:
After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 24 hours (1 day) to reverse the transaction.
In case of return please contact us at karina@agnivayu.com no longer than 4 days after delivery, stating your order number, which items you would like to return, and the reasons for your return, if such reasons are relevant to your return claim.
We accept your return only in case the purchased garments are to be returned in their original condition, as follows:
–having all the original product authenticity tags still attached;
–having all textile labels still attached;
–Products have not been washed or altered in any way and do not show any visible or non-visible signs of use, such as stains, marks, spots, bad odor, or signs of wear, tear, or damage.
If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to accept your return, and to send the product back to your address, while the shipment costs will be on your charge.
We suggest when trying on items, please make sure that you are not wearing perfume that may leave a scent or marks on the item. Also please keep away from cigarette smoke or any other kind of smoke.
We recommend folding the item after trying it on, putting it back in its original package, and close/stick back the envelope, in order to prevent any contact of the product with odors and/or other external factors, and to avoid the risk of impairing its original condition.
Made-to-measure custom service purchases and all made-to-order hand-knitted garments are not accepted for return.
Purchases for professional purposes or used for professional purposes are not accepted for return. Examples of professional purposes include any kind of cinematographic productions or photo shoots (photographic sessions) or any kind of entertainment shows, performances, presentations concerts, exhibitions, or fashion shows.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 30 business days.
